2003 Jetta. Two of the louvers in the center vent have become detached, so they no longer swivel up or down with the adjustment wheel. How can I remove the center section? (it has 4-way switch, seat heater switches, etc.)

BTW, I've watched the video in the DIY section, but those vents are different than mine. Mine are not accessible around the edges like that. Mine are more tucked in behind the opening.
