Hi, this is my first post here. I want to buy 16' wheels to replace the factory 14's and was wondering if there's a way to decrease the wheel-to-fender gap without lowering the car. The roads here are bumpy and sometimes the bumpers scrap. Any ideas?
Thanks!

WELCOME to the FORUM! To answer your question, no i dont think there is anyway to decrease the wheel gap without actually lowering the car. But you said the roads are bumpy and your bumpers scrape sometimes, why would you want the wheel gap decreased? Seems to me it would just make it worse

Be careful when you put on 16" wheels! The sidewal will be much smaller which will higher your risk of bending your wheels.

Argh... So you're saying I'd be better off sticking to my 14' wheels? What tire size would you recommend for the 16'? Maybe 215/40-16? Thats a 86 mm side wall!! I'll drive carefully, I promise!
