I got a 2.0 and it only gives power to 5200. I was wondering if theres ne way to increase that rpm? And ne good sugestions on a nice but not loud exhaust and spring/shock systems

I don't know about the tach question but i know somone who has a neuspeed exhaust on their jetta and it sounds good. Pretty quiet at idle but has a good rumble when you're on the gas.

the only way i can think of increasing tach range is by replacing the stock camshaft with the 276 duration camshaft from nuespeed. i think that brings it up to 6800.
dont you mean ur tach only goes up to 6200 because on all 2.0 i thought it was like 6200 rpm.

Well the main reason you get no high end power is generally because you're producing so much exhaust that it gets all backed up. Try some exhaust componentes (which I can see you're going ot do). Maybe in addition to a cat back you could do a high flow cat, headers...

Caming will help but I would not want rev up to high for chance to blow the engine.
