Hi all,

I'm going to replace the rotors on my wife's 2009 VW Jetta Sportwagon (2.5L gas). This is the first time I've done this, so I've spent quite a bit of time looking at how-to's for VW brake jobs/ I've been told that the caliper carrier bolts are stretch bolts, and are one use only and need to be replaced when I replace the rotors.

Autozone has no idea what I'm talking about - never heard of the part. So now I'm trying to figure out how to order it. Unfortunately, a keyword search doesn't show any such part even on VW-specific parts supplier websites. Does anyone know what the VW part numbers are for these? They're the big bolts that take a 14mm spline driver to remove. I believe I need both front and back, and can't tell if those are the same part or not.

Thanks.

If your looking for stretch bolts, I've only found them at the dealer. Not sure of the part numbers. The local auto parts store usually doesn't carry them.
