The Dealer/Manufactures warranty should be upheld. They would be in the Wear and tear items¹ and adjustments excluded after initial 12 months/12,000 miles (whichever occurs first) portion of the warratny so at MIN 12 moths/12,000 miles and you take it back to the dealer, not the tire manufacture in my opinion.
