Well just got my beater car for back and forth to work. I just bought a 2001 Jetta GLS. Its my 2nd car for my wife and just for decent gas milage for back and forth to work. Found myself spending WAY to much money to fill up my evo for a DD lol. The Jetta has 90k miles on it. Seems to be pretty good for a 10 year old car. I had to replace the rotors and brake pads because they were destroyed. Now onto the next thing to get fixed. Headlights. They are so foggy/unclear inside of the headlight assembly. Would you guys suggest trying to clean them or just buying a cheap entire new assembly with HID's? Either way something needs to be done. Driving at night in that thing is horrid. I looked up the how to replace the assembly, and you gotta remove the entire front bumper for a headlight assembly? WTF lol
