My 1995 Jetta MK3 is hard to start. I have to crank the engine for 15 - 30 seconds before she starts up. The fuel mixture is rich. I have changed the plugs, the cables and checked the vacuum hoses. I cant locate the oxygen sensor nor the catalytic converter. Is it possible my fuel injection system does not have them?
