I have a 06 passat 2.0T 73K miles. Whenever i go over a good size pothole when braking the ABS seems to activate and the brake pulsates for a couple of seconds. When driving normal there is no shake in the car or the pedal only happens when braking and hitting a pothole at the same time. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

sounds like an abs module issue. something is going loose in there, which can't be good. thats a really expensive part and not fun to replace. never came across that issue, but thats what its sounding like to me. my advice at this point, is just keep going with it and try to avoid pot holes and big bumps, because you're not going to want to replace that thing

I must say, if there is something not right about the brakes it would be far better to get it put right rather than avoid potholes in order to try to avoid a large repair bill. If you've got to repair it you've got to repair it. Part of motoring, I'm afraid.
