Since I have the car knowledge of a 2 year old I was wondering if someone could explain to me the difference of purchasing a coil-over suspension vs. getting sport springs and pairing them with sport shocks....i know, probably a stupid question for all you gurus, but please help me out someone!!! thanks

well, it depends on 2 things if you want full adjustability and be able to raise and lower your ride height for different occasions then get the coilovers.... if you just want better handeling and your car lowered then save yourself some bank and go for the spring and shock combo.

Coilovers:
Rougher ride (vs. kit)
height adj/some damping adj
expensive

Spring/strut kit
good price (1/2 of coilovers)
better ride
not height adj, some damping adj
better proformance

Depending on where you live and how the roads are, spring/strut kit may be ur best bet, Check out H&R cup kits and FKautomotive kits. the kits have shocks matched exactly to the spring. Shatty roads, get coilovers good roads, kit
