I have found some t3/t4 and other turbos one being a borg warner S series I would like to use but the outlet is clocked toward the ground. If I buy one of these can they be re clocked so the output is facing up. I've been told some you can some you can't. it seems when unbolted it would just rotate around the shaft and could be bolted in the position desired. I have been planning on using a t4 manifold and 5 bolt adapter to make my own kit I could just save some cash if i could turn the turbo in the direction I need it.

also could i temporarily use my uni ko3 2+ file with the bigger turbo if i changed my timing and fuel responses with unisettings? I want to run approx 275hp on med to low boost and 250-275 tq the same so I can hold off on internals till the spring.

A shop that does fabrication might be able to do something for you, but I think for the most part you need to get the right manifold or the right turbo and the right intake/charge piping.
