My second set of stock 15s are nearing the end of their life and I was thinking about replacing them with something bigger (and nicer). I want to do this primaril for performance reasons. Do I need to do anything special to put 16s or even 17s on my car? Will the speedo be affected?

Thanks

As long as the new rims are the same bolt pattern 5x100, you will should have no problems fitting them. Watch out for their width as you don't want them to rub. Make sure to get the same combination of rim and tire size as you had before. This means that if you up the size of your rims, you will need lower profile tires to make sure your speedo is correct. It only matters that the overall size is the same as it was stock.

just dont go more than 2" larger than your stock wheels. your dub may look really good sitting on 18s, but performance is lost. what I have heard at least.
