vag com connection

hi there im new to VWs i bought a used touran with a few little problems that i can sort out im not worried them but i have the airbag light on i think because i removed the instrument cluster it came on after i had done this so i bought a vag com cable (kkl vag-com for 409.1) it connects and i can read what the engine is doing but thats all i need it to do a little more
1 key remote needs programming
2 air bag light
if anyone can advise me how to deal with this i would be grateful
