I have a leased 2022 Tiguan and when we did the agreement I was told I would get free maintenance at 10k, 20k, 30k. When i called the schedule the tech i spoke to was dodgy and said he couldnt look up my account i would need to talk to them when i came in for my appointment. I don’t want to show up and be told it will cost me $300.
I have the original car sticker that states:

VW Care: Prepaid Scheduled Maintenance Contract w/
30,000-mile servicing for SUVs

has anyone used this service/have more info to ensure i do get whatever im supposed to get at 10k free?

Never had a problem on my end. Seems like a dealer issue (or an employee who needs some training). Make sure they're not trying to sell you something beyond the required maintenance.

No issues. So long as you go to a participation VW dealer.
