Water in my motor oil, suggestions please

Hi, I would really appreciate some advice what to do, I got water in the engine oil on my campervan Lt46 2,8 L td 2006. Is it possible to renovate the engine with new cylinder liners and pistons or is the engine block most likely cracked somewhere else? I know it’s a hard question but If someone has experience it would be great. Thanks Freddie
