Is this normal for 2011 Jetta with 110000km only, that flex pipe broke off at the engine side? Do I have to replace the whole exhaust assembly? or it can be welded? Any suggestions will be appreciated

you can most likely re-install it into the proper position. it will just take some maneuvering. i would suggest amazon if you want to get a replacement exhaust you might even be able to buy the flex part separately. there are aftermarket applications available..
