check engine light help

It will need to be cleared. Unplug the positive on your battery for 15 min. Reconnect, trun the key to power the electrical for 2 min, start it and let it idol for 5 min. (I think that should clear it...) if not find someone with a VAG and have them clear it for you.

I have 96 Jetta GL with about 115k on it. My check engine light came on and I took it to auto zone and they scanned it for me. The computer said 1 of my O2 sensors was slow to respond and the other was not responding, so I replaced them both and the light is still on. Im new to VW world so any help with be greatly appreciated thanks
